The magazine is focused on one target - bass which is why people subscribe to it. Although it is informative it occasionally seems somewhat overindulgent with articles that read like a 50's pulp novel.
This is the official journal for the Bass Anglers Sportsmans Society and along with your subscription you receive a nice packet of goodies including a patch, decal, etc.
Overall, it has great tips & insights.
