To select correct guard size measure chest size under bust. Cup size should be the same as your standard bra. If in doubt try one cup size down. Select the correct cover from the chart. We strongly recommend that if a bra is worn under the cover then it be only of the thin synthetic textile type so that it does not absorb moisture, but allows the moisture to move and evaporate. Spare covers are available (covers also available in black) If you wear a heavy padded bra under the Maxi Guard cover you may need the next larger cup size.
